Mango Infused Vodka Recipe D.I.Y.

Hey Guys and Gals, are you Looking for an awesome Mango Infused Vodka Recipe? You now have no reason to look any further! You just found what you have been looking for, this is a recipe for the most awesome tasting Mango Infused Vodka Recipe in the world.

Recipe Ingredients

Step 1

  • 2-3 ripe mangos, 0r pure mango juice with pulp
  • 1 lemon preferably organic
  • 3 cups of vodka
Optional
  • Vanilla sugar tablespoon (optional)
  • Fresh mint – 3-5 leaves (optional)

Step 2

Upon completion before bottling
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of water

Steps 1

Peel and remove the pit of the mango then cube the mangos in quarter size pieces.

Place the mango cubes into container then pour in your vodka making sure the mango is completely submerged. Close the container.

Utensils

I am listing the simplest utensils that you can use, the ones mom should have already have in the kitchen.
Utensils:
– A large glass jar (I used a 3 liter jar) you will need at least 2
 large plastic bowl
– paring knife
– vegetable peeler  (or knife)
– measuring cups (liquid and dry)
– metal strainer
– cheesecloth
– saucepan
– small funnel
– glass bottles, or storage containers, for the final product, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.

Notes on Utensils:
Avoid plastic as much as possible when working with strong alcohol. Glass is always preferable.

Aging and straining your Mango Infused Vodka

After 3-4 weeks of infusing, it’s time to strain the liquid.

Carefully strain the liquid through several layers of cheesecloth. It helps to moisten the cheesecloth first so the liquid permeates more smoothly.

Once you get to the point of straining out the pulp and rind, gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the liquid and juice (the fourth photo).

After straining, you can discard all of the rind, pulp and any spice.

Strain back into the large container if you are going to do step 2 otherwise you can go straight to bottling.

Mangos are very sweet and oftentimes there’s no need for sugar. Using honey as a sweetener is not the best option as it offsets delicate mango flavor.

Step to 2

Boil the 2 cups of water slow mix in the sugar. Lower the fire to a simmer when all the sugar is melted. Turn off fire and let cool.

When sugar water is cool add slowly to liqueur tasting as you add so you don’t overs sweeten!

Congratulations On Your Mango Infused Vodka

You now need a bottle, and a label, that is cool enough to compliment your hard work. Honestly if it looks good people will rave about it. If you put it into a cheap bottle people will make fun of you.

When using a cheesecloth to strain when you get to the point where you have strained everything out.

You can gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the remaining liquid and juice.

Step 2

Heat up the water in a saucepan, when the water is boiling stir in the sugar making sure that it does not burn. When the sugar dissolves shut off the fire and let cool then pour into liqueur slowly tasting it all the while so you don’t over sweeten.

Champagne Mango Liqueur recipe

Hey Guys and Gals, are you Looking for an awesome Champagne Mango Liqueur D.I.Y. Recipe? You now have no reason to look any further! You just found what you have been looking for, this is a recipe for the most awesome tasting Champagne Mango Liqueur Recipe in the world.

Recipe Ingredients

Step 1

  • 3-4 rip mangos
  • 1 lemon preferably organic
  • 3 cups of vodka
Optional
  • Vanilla sugar tablespoon (optional)
  • Fresh mint – 3-5 leaves (optional)

Step 2

Upon completion before bottling
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of water

Directions

Aging and Straining Your Champagne Mango Liqueur

After 3-4 weeks of infusing, it’s time to strain the liquid.

Carefully strain the liquid through several layers of cheesecloth. It helps to moisten the cheesecloth first so the liquid permeates more smoothly.

Once you get to the point of straining out the pulp and rind, gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the liquid and juice (the fourth photo).

After straining, you can discard all of the rind, pulp and any spice.

Strain back into the large container if you are going to do step 2.

Otherwise you can go straight to bottling.

Step 2

Mangos are very sweet and oftentimes there’s no need for sugar. Using honey as a sweetener is not the best option as it offsets delicate mango flavor.

Boil the 2 cups of water slow mix in the sugar. Lower the fire to a simmer when all the sugar is melted. Turn off fire and let cool.

When sugar water is cool add slowly to liqueur tasting as you add so you don’t overs sweeten!

Congratulations On Your Awesome Champagne Mango Liqueur

You now need a bottle and a label, that is cool enough to compliment your hard work. Honestly if it looks good people will rave about it. If you put it into a cheap bottle people will make fun of you.

Shake well and store away from sunlight in a cool and dry place for a minimum of 1 weeks.

If you still need to strain your liqueur further due to lack of clarity, you can strain it 1 more time through a coffee strainer.

Taste, if you need to add sugar, first boil the equivalent amount of water to the amount of sugar you want to add.

Example:

  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 cup of sugar

Dissolve the sugar in the water and now add when cool to the liqueur . Now shake your liqueur, this should prevent there being sugar granules in the liqueur.

Utensils Tips

Here is a list of the simplest utensils that you can use; the ones Mom should already have in the kitchen:)

Heat up the water in a saucepan, when the water is boiling stir in the sugar making sure that it does not burn. When the sugar dissolves shut off the fire and let cool then pour into liqueur slowly tasting it all the while so you don’t over sweeten.

Congratulations, You Have Completed Making this Awesome Peppermint Liqueur Recipe!

Once you get to the point where you have strained everything out, you can gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the liquid and juice.

If you still need to strain your liqueur further due to lack of clarity, you can strain it 1 more time through a coffee strainer.

Step 2

Combined the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Combine your aged liqueur with your simple syrup (from step 2 in directions)

Add the sugar water slowly tasting till its to your likeness.

Put your bottle in the fridge. Keep it well hidden, from your family and friends so it will remain your secret surprise for your next party. And don’t forget, always serve cold!

Your New Favorite do it yourself Francis Mango Liqueur recipe!

Hey Guys and Gals, are you Looking for an awesome Francis Mango Liqueur D.I.Y. Recipe? You now have no reason to look any further! You just found what you have been looking for, this is a recipe for the most awesome tasting Francis Mango Liqueur Recipe in the world.

Recipe Ingredients

Step 1

  • 3-4 ripe Francis mangos, or pure mango juice with pulp
  • 1 lemon preferably organic
  • 3 cups of vodka
Optional
  • Vanilla sugar tablespoon (optional)
  • Fresh mint – 3-5 leaves (optional)

Step 2

Upon completion before bottling
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of water

Directions

Aging and straining your Francis Mango Liqueur

Congratulations, you have made this awesome Francis Mango Liqueur recipe,

You now need a bottle, and a label, that is cool enough to compliment your hard work. Honestly if it looks good people will rave about it. If you put it into a cheap bottle people will make fun of you.

Pomegranate Liqueur Recipe

Hey Guys and Gals, are you Looking for an awesome Pomegranate Liqueur D.I.Y. Recipe? You now have no reason to look any further! You have just found what you have been looking for, this is a recipe for the most awesome tasting Pomegranate Liqueur Recipe in the world.

Ingredients:

Step 1
  • 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
  • peel of 1 lemon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cups vodka
Step 2
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup water

Notes on Ingredients:

Pomegranate juice can be substituted if fresh pomegranates are unavailable, however I have had better results using whole seed pods, as the seeds impart different. characteristics to the liqueur, and adding more complexity and depth.

Lemon, buy organic if you can, you don’t want pesticides in your drink.

Water, use bottled water, tap water can make your drink cloudy

Notes on Utensils:

Avoid plastic as much as possible when working with strong alcohol. Glass is always preferable.

Utensils

I am listing the simplest utensils that you can use, the ones mom should have already have in the kitchen.
Utensils:
A large glass jar (I used a 3 liter jar)
large plastic bowl
paring knife
vegetable peeler  (or knife)
measuring cups (liquid and dry)
metal strainer
cheesecloth
saucepan
small funnel
glass bottles, or storage containers, for the final product, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.

Directions

Step 1

Seeding the Pomegranates

Keep in mind that the purpose of this step is to crush the pods so the vodka can infuse through the pomegranates, and not necessarily to fully extract all of the juice. This is the method I prefer.

Place a fine mesh metal strainer in a plastic or glass bowl.
Put seed pods into the strainer, using a spoon (I personally find slotted works nicely), press the pomegranate seed pods down against the strainer to crush the pods and extract the juice.

Continue working the pods around the strainer until all the pods are broken. Remember to save the seeds as well as the juice!

If all the above is to difficult put on a glove and crush by hand!

Peeling the lemon

Using a vegetable peeler or a paring knife, carefully peel the lemon. The goal is to avoid getting any of the pith (the white part) with the peel, as you want the oils in the peel.

The pith will impart an unpleasant bitterness in the final product. If you peel off too much, you can always scrape off extra pith.

Mixing, Aging, And Straining Your Liqueur

Sterilize the large jar add the pomegranate juice and seeds, the lemon peel, and the cinnamon stick.

Pour in the vodka, then wipe the rim of the jar to ensure it’s clean and seal.

Store the jar in a cool and dark location, agitating the jar every day to ensure everything is properly infusing. A good, solid swirl is sufficient. I let this stage infuse for two to three weeks.

After three to four weeks aging, it’s time to strain the liquid.

After straining, you can discard all of the rind, pulp and any spices.

Return the liquid to the jar.

Step 2,

Gently heat the sugar and water to create a simple syrup. Only heat until the sugar is dissolved, taking caution to heat on medium-low so the sugar doesn’t begin to burn or caramelize.

Give the syrup time to sufficiently cool.

After the syrup has cooled, add it to the jar with the strained liquid.

Repeat the process, storing in a cool, dark and dry location, agitating every few days, and allow to age at least another three weeks, ideally 4 to 5 weeks.

Congratulations, you have made Pomegranate Liqueur

You now need a bottle, and a label, that is cool enough to compliment your hard work. Honestly if it looks good people will rave about it. If you put it into a cheap bottle people will make fun of you.

Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the sugar, stirring rapidly. When the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat. Allow the sugar syrup to return to room temperature.

Add the syrup to the alcohol mixture. pour back into your glass jar or bottle and wait anothe 3 months for best taste!

Utensils:
– A large glass jar (I used a 3 liter jar)
 large plastic bowl
– paring knife
– vegetable peeler  (or knife)
– measuring cups (liquid and dry)
– metal strainer
– cheesecloth
– saucepan
– small funnel
– glass bottles, or storage containers, for the final product, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.

Notes on Ingredients and Utensils

*Vodka, you may want to leave it to infuse a little longer (double the time) and use half the syrup — therefore half the sugar and half the water given below.  This recipe makes a liqueur that has an alcoholic content of about 30 per cent.

Try to avoid plastic as much as possible when working with strong alcohol. Glass is always preferable.

  • 20 cracked cardamom pods
  • 24 whole almonds
  • 20 whole cloves
  • 4 (25 ounce) bottles california port wine
  • 3 1/4 cups of vodka, 110-proof

Utensils:
– cheesecloth
– saucepan
– small funnel
– glass bottles, or storage containers, for bottling and serving, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.

Instructions

Peel and pit the orange and lemon’s, cutting the oranges and lemons into eighths.

Combine all fruit and spices in a large pan. Cook for 20-30 minutes into a “fruit soup,” stirring occasionally. While fruit is cooking, pour wine into another large porcelain pan.

Cover and bring to a boil, but do not cook. Pour fruit mixture into wine pan. Cover and bring to a boil again. When mixture begins to boil, pour in the alcohol, cover and bring to a boil again. Turn off heat.

Holding the cover of the pan at rim of pan as a shield, ignite the mixture with a match.

Let the fire burn for half a minute, then replace the cover on pan.
