Ingredients

  • 8 cups of Suriname Cherry
  • 3 cups of vodka

Utensils Tips

Here is a list of the simplest utensils that you can use; the ones Mom should already have in the kitchen:)

Utensils:

– cheesecloth
– saucepan
– small funnel
– glass bottles, or storage containers, for bottling and serving, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.

Directions
  • Crush the berries and remove the pits, then pour the berries with the juice into your glass container. Add the vodka making sure that all the berries are fully submerged.
  • For a sweeter Suriname Cherry Liqueur, place the berries in the refrigerate overnight this helps bring out their sweetness. Or you can add sugar to taste after the aging process before bottling

Aging, Straining, filtering, and Drinking Your Suriname Cherry Infused Vodka

Shake well and store away from sunlight in a cool and dry place for a minimum of 1 weeks.

After 1 weeks or more of aging, strain your liqueur through several layers of cheesecloth.

It always helps when you moisten the cheesecloth first, it enables the liquid to permeate more smoothly saving you some precious liqueur.

Once you get to the point where you have strained everything out, you can gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the liquid and juice.

If you still need to strain your liqueur further due to lack of clarity, you can strain it 1 more time through a coffee strainer.

Taste, if you need to add sugar, first boil the equivalent amount of water to the amount of sugar you want to add.

Example:

  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 cup of sugar

Dissolve the sugar in the water and now add when cool to the liqueur . Now shake your liqueur, this should prevent there being sugar granules in the liqueur.

Congratulations, You Have Completed Making this Awesome Suriname Cherry Infused Vodka Recipe!

You now need a bottle and a label which are cool enough to compliment your hard work. Honestly, if you put it into a cheap bottle, people will make fun of you. BUT, if it looks good, people will rave about it!

Notes on Utensils and Ingredients
  • Glass or alcohol grade plastic is necessary when working with strong alcohol.
  • Use organic ingredients to avoid pesticide residues.

Brazil Cherry Liqueur Recipe D.I.Y.

Hey Guys and Gals!

Are you looking for an awesome Brazil Cherry Liqueur Recipe? You now have no reason to look any further; you have just found what you have been looking for! This is a recipe for the most awesome tasting Brazil Cherry liqueur in the world.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups of Brazilian Cherry
  • 3 cups of vodka

Utensils Tips

Here is a list of the simplest utensils that you can use; the ones Mom should already have in the kitchen:)

Utensils:

– cheesecloth
– saucepan
– small funnel
– glass bottles, or storage containers, for bottling and serving, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.

Directions
  • Crush the berries and remove the pits, then pour the berries with the juice into your glass container. Add the vodka making sure that all the berries are fully submerged.
  • For a sweeter Brazilian Cherry Liqueur, place the berries in the refrigerate over night this helps bring out their sweetness. Or you can add sugar to taste after the aging process before bottling

Aging, Straining, filtering, and Drinking Your Brazil Cherry Liqueur

Congratulations, You Have Completed Making this Awesome Brazil Cherry Liqueur Recipe!

  • 3 Cups of Vodka (grain base for best taste) or Sorghum
  • 1/2 a cup of sugar

Utensils Tips

Here is a list of the simplest utensils that you can use; the ones Mom should already have in the kitchen:)

Utensils:
– cheesecloth
– saucepan
– small funnel
– glass bottles, or storage containers, for bottling and serving, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.

Instructions:

Rinse well then let sit for 15-20 minutes in lightly salted water to kill any bugs that might still be inside. Rinse again then let air dry on paper towel’s or surface that won’t get stained.

Place the Yangmei’s into your clean glass jar after they are dry.

Add in the sugar and alcohol and close the container.

Aging, Straining, filtering, and Drinking Your Yangmei Liqueur

Shake well and store away from sunlight in a cool and dry place for 1 month agitating often.

After 1 month strain the liquid, squeezing the pulp gently.

It helps to moisten the cheesecloth first so the liquid permeates more smoothly.

Once you get to the point where you have strained everything out, you can gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the remaining liquid and juice.

If you still need to strain your liqueur further due to lack of clarity, you can strain it 1 more time through a coffee strainer.

Pour back your liqueur into the container you used for aging.

Taste the liqueur if it is to tart for your taste buds add some sugar now. Be careful that you don’t put into much. I suggest pour in a little sugar stir taste repeat till it is to your liking.

Alaskan Bunchberry Liqueur Recipe

Hey Guys and Gals!

Are you looking for an awesome Alaskan Bunchberry Recipe? You now have no reason to look any further; you have just found what you have been looking for! This is a recipe for the most awesome tasting Angelica Grappa Liqueur in the world.

Ingredients

Step 1
  • 1 lb. (450 g) fresh cloudberries
  • 3 cups (710 ml) vodka or 1 1/2 cup pure grain alcohol + 1 1/2 cup water
Step 2
  • 1 1/2 cup (350 g) sugar

Utensils Tips

Here is a list of the simplest utensils that you can use; the ones Mom should already have in the kitchen:)

Utensils:
– cheesecloth
– saucepan
– small funnel
– glass bottles, or storage containers, for bottling and serving, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and check the cloudberries and place them in a jar, add vodka and mix, pour in the water making sure all the berries are fully submerged and close the container.

Step 2

You add the sugar when you remove the berries just follow the instructions below.

Aging, Straining, filtering, and Drinking Your Alaskan Bunchberry Liqueur

Stir daily during the first 7 days, then at least once a week for 3-4 weeks.

Next filter the mixture or just remove the of berries and transfer the liquid back into the jar.

Add the sugar and shake until dissolved.

After 3 months of aging, strain your liqueur through several layers of cheesecloth.

(It helps to moisten the cheesecloth first so the liquid permeates more smoothly)

Once you get to the point where you have strained everything out, you can gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the liquid and juice.

If you still need to strain your liqueur further due to lack of clarity, you can strain it 1 more time through a coffee strainer.

You can add water for a lighter taste, though I suggest that you use clear mineral water. I have found that tap water can make your alcohol cloudy.

Add some more sugar if necessary. The liqueur should mellow for at least 6 months before drinking, preferably for 12 months.

Congratulations, You Have Completed Making this Awesome Alaskan Bunchberry Liqueur Recipe!

You now need a bottle and a label which are cool enough to compliment your hard work. Honestly, if you put it into a cheap bottle, people will make fun of you. BUT, if it looks good, people will rave about it!

After a month your rose hip liqueur is ready, if you would like the taste to be a softer silkier tasting liqueur let it age longer. With age it keeps getting softer.

After aging/steeping process strain the liquid and fruit through several layers of cheesecloth.

It helps to moisten the cheesecloth first so the liquid permeates more smoothly.

Once you get to the point of where you have strained everything out, you can gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the liquid and juice.

If you still need to you can strain your Rose Hip Liqueur one more time through a coffee strainer.
