Ingredients
- 1 Lemongrass Stalk
- 1-Inch Piece of Ginger
- 1- Inch Piece of Turmeric
- Kombucha
Directions-Bottling
- Peel ginger and turmeric slice into thin pieces.
- Flatten lemongrass stalk and cut into small portions, roughly 2-inch pieces. Dispose of leafy green parts.
- Mix ginger, turmeric and lemongrass in a container or jar.
- Pour in kombucha base recipe to the mixture, divide into bottles.
- Follow the directions second fermentation – leave to ferment as outlined (Though you wont be do doing the measurements outlined there ratio to scoby.)
- after its evenly divided put into bottles.
- After second fermentation you can strain place back in to fridge to prevent farther and of course served chilled.
Consume sooner then later for it begins to sour after a few days.
