Hey Guys and Gals, are you Looking for an awesome Nespolino Liqueur Recipe? You now have no reason to look any further! You have just found what you have been looking for, this is a recipe for the most awesome tasting Nespolino Liqueur Recipe in the world.

Ingredients

Step 1
  • 200 g medlar seeds
  • 1 liter of Grappa
Step 2
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
Step 3
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • some rose petal

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

A Grappa Nespolino is prepared by macerating 200 g of medlar seeds for about 10 days in the sun, so that they are peeling spontaneously.

The peeled seeds are then placed in your glass bottle together with one liter of Grappa.

Step 2

Boil the water in the saucepan then add sugar while stirring to prevent the sugar from burning. When the sugar is dissolved and the sugar water is clear turn off the fire let cool then add to liqueur jar.

Step 3

Finally add a vanilla pod and some rose petals, close your jar and its ready for the ages.

Aging Straining, filtering, and Drinking your Nespolino Liqueur

The maceration meaning the time the leaves are soaking in the grappa will last one month and the aging process six months.

After 1 month carefully strain the liquid through several layers of cheesecloth.

It helps to moisten the cheesecloth first so the liquid permeates more smoothly.

Once you get to the point of straining out the pulp and rind, gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the liquid and juice.

If you still need to you can strain your Nespolino Liqueur one more time through a coffee strainer.

Place back into your aging container and let age for another 6 months.

Finnaly add water to taste if needed.

Utensils

I am listing the simplest utensils that you can use, the ones mom should have already have in the kitchen.
Utensils:
– A large glass jar (I used a 3 liter jar)
 large plastic bowl
– measuring cups (liquid and dry)
– metal strainer
– cheesecloth
– saucepan
– small funnel
– glass bottles, or storage containers, for the final product, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.

Notes on Utensils: And ingredients

  • Avoid plastic as much as possible when working with strong alcohol. Glass is always preferable.
  • Use organic medlar seeds, pedals, and other ingredients, to avoid pesticide residues.

Congratulations, you have completed making this awesome Nespolino Liqueur recipe

You now need a bottle, and a label, that is cool enough to compliment your hard work. Honestly if it looks good people will rave about it. If you put it into a cheap bottle people will make fun of you.

Step 1
  • 1 lb. (450 g) fresh cloudberries
  • 3 cups (710 ml) vodka or 1 1/2 cup pure grain alcohol
  • 1 1/2 cup water
Step 2
  • 1 1/2 cup (350 g) sugar

Utensils Tips

Here is a list of the simplest utensils that you can use; the ones Mom should already have in the kitchen:)

Utensils:
– cheesecloth
– saucepan
– small funnel
– glass bottles, or storage containers, for bottling and serving, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.

Directions

Step 2

Add the sugar when you are at the stage of bottling as instructed below.

Aging, Straining, filtering, and Drinking Your Cloudberry Grappa Liqueur

Agitate daily during the first 7 days, then at least once a week for 3-4 weeks.

Next filter the mixture or just remove the of berries and transfer the liquid back into the jar.

Add the sugar and shake until dissolved.

After the additional 3-4 of aging, strain your liqueur through several layers of cheesecloth.

(It helps to moisten the cheesecloth first so the liquid permeates more smoothly)

Once you get to the point where you have strained everything out, you can gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the liquid and juice.

If you still need to strain your liqueur further due to lack of clarity, you can strain it 1 more time through a coffee strainer.

You can add water for a lighter taste, though I suggest that you use clear mineral water. I have found that tap water can make your alcohol cloudy.

Add some more sugar if necessary. The liqueur should mellow for at least 6 months before drinking, preferably for 12 months.

Congratulations, You Have Completed Making this Awesome Cloudberry Grappa Liqueur Recipe!

You now need a bottle and a label which are cool enough to compliment your hard work. Honestly, if you put it into a cheap bottle, people will make fun of you. BUT, if it looks good, people will rave about it!

Hawthorn Grappa Liqueur Recipe

Hey Guys and Gals!

Are you looking for an awesome Hawthorn Grappa Liqueur Recipe? You now have no reason to look any further; you have just found what you have been looking for! This is a recipe for the most awesome tasting Hawthorn Grappa Liqueur in the world.

Ingredients

Step 1

  • 2 handfuls of hawthorn berries (fresh or dried)
  • 4 cups of Grappa

Step 2

  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 of a cup of water

Utensils Tips

Here is a list of the simplest utensils that you can use; the ones Mom should already have in the kitchen:)

Utensils:
– cheesecloth
– saucepan
– small funnel
– glass bottles, or storage containers, for bottling and serving, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.

Directions

Step 1

Place the berries and the grappa, in the container that you will be using to age in. Make sure that berries are totally submerged in the grappa. You can crack open the berries for a stronger flavor.

Step 2

Combined the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

When done cooling add to the container, then cover and close the container.

Aging, Straining, filtering, and Drinking Your Angelica Grappa Liqueur

Leave the Grappa in a sunny location until the berries have completely given their color to the distillate.

After the berries have given over their color completely to the grappa , strain your liqueur through several layers of cheesecloth.

It helps to moisten the cheesecloth first so the liquid permeates more smoothly.

Once you get to the point where you have strained everything out, you can gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the liquid and juice.

(you can squeeze the berries to if you want the flavor of the berries will be more pronounced)

If you still need to strain your liqueur further due to lack of clarity, you can strain it 1 more time through a coffee strainer.

Place back into the container and let it age for a minimum of another month.

You can add water for a lighter taste, though I suggest that you use clear mineral water. I have found that tap water can make your alcohol cloudy.

If you feel that your liqueur is to sharp you can add a little more sugar. To strong of a taste? Add some more grappa or filtered water, though I do suggest that you go easy, you have waited possibly 2 months or more you don’t want to mess it up now!

Congratulations, You Have Completed Making this Awesome Hawthorn Grappa Liqueur Recipe!

You now need a bottle and a label which are cool enough to compliment your hard work. Honestly, if you put it into a cheap bottle, people will make fun of you. BUT, if it looks good, people will rave about it!

Notes on Utensils and Ingredients

  • Glass is always preferable when working with strong alcohol. Avoid plastic as much as possible.
  • Use organic ingredients to avoid pesticide residues.
