Ingredients
- 3 cup Kale Stems
- 1 1/2 cup Tromba Blanco Tequila
- 1 1/2 cup Tromba Reposado Tequila
- 3 Lemon Peels
(you can use vodka in place of tequila
Utensils Tips

Utensils:
- Blender
- cheesecloth
- saucepan
- small funnel
- glass bottles, or storage containers, for bottling and serving, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.
Instructions
- Chop the Kale Stems off and place into your jar then pour in the tequila. Close and place in a cool dry place.
Aging, Straining, filtering, and Drinking Your Kale Tequila Liqueur
Let age for 2 days then filter out the stems using a colander or cheesecloth.
