Strawberry Banana Kombucha Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup of Kombucha (1 serving)
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Banana

Directions

  1. Start with a kombucha base recipe base recipe.
  2. Remove the head of the strawberries then chop up the strawberries and bananas into small portions for easier blending. If using frozen fruits, be sure to let thaw. *
  3. Mix the strawberries and banana with the kombucha.
  4. Ready to enjoy but this is not real Kombucha for that continue on to step 5.
  5. Add the fruit for a second fermentation – leave to ferment as outlined though you wont be do doing the measurements outlined there ratio to scoby.
