Hey Guys and Gals, are you Looking for an awesome Blackberry Sage Liqueur Recipe? You now have no reason to look any further!

Ingredients

Step 1
  • 12 oz. Blackberries
  • ¼ cup Sage
  • 1 1/4 cup of vodka or spirit
  • 1 1/4 cups of Filtered water
Step 2
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

Instructions

Step 1

Place sage on a cutting board and bruise place into your container add blackberries and crush with back of a spoon add the vodka and water (you can use less water for a stronger drink) close and shake.

Aging And Straining

Let steep for 24 hours.

Get your cheesecloth to filter it helps to moisten the cheesecloth first so the liquid permeates more smoothly.

Once you get to the point where you have strained everything out, you can gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the remaining liquid and juice.

If you still need to strain your liqueur further due to lack of clarity, you can strain it 1 more time through a coffee strainer.

Step 2

Make your simple syrup by bringing your water to a boil then add the sugar and stirring till it is all dissolved.

Let the syrup cool down completely.

Pour into your jar slowly tasting all the while till it is to your liking.

Utensils:
– A large glass jar (I used a 3 liter jar)
 large plastic bowl
– paring knife
– vegetable peeler  (or knife)
– measuring cups (liquid and dry)
– metal strainer
– cheesecloth
– saucepan
– small funnel
– glass bottles, or storage containers, for the final product, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.

Passion Fruit Infused Vodka Recipe D.I.Y

Hey Guys and Gals, are you Looking for an awesome Passion Fruit Infused Vodka Recipe? You now have no reason to look any further!

Ingredients

Step 1
  • 12 passion fruits
  • 1 cup of vodka
  • ½ vanilla bean scraped
Step 2
  • 250 ml – 1 cup water
  • 150 gms – ¾ cup sugar

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the passion fruit pulp, alcohol and vanilla together in an air-tight container.

Aging And Straining

Keep it in a dark place for 30 days.

Filter the passion fruit alcohol to remove the passion fruit seeds and mix the alcohol with the cold sugar syrup.

Get your cheesecloth to filter it helps to moisten the cheesecloth first so the liquid permeates more smoothly.

Once you get to the point where you have strained everything out, you can gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the remaining liquid and juice.

If you still need to strain your liqueur further due to lack of clarity, you can strain it 1 more time through a coffee strainer.

Step 2

Make your syrup by mixing the water and sugar and heating until dissolved. Let the syrup cool down completely.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cream,

Not Just for Grandpa, and occasionally Grandma,

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cream style Liqueur on a simple level,
Chocolate Covered Cherry Cream is a blend of alcoholic and nonalcoholic ingredients. There are any different of variants of this liqueur that were developed over the years, so like we always want if you know something different share it with us.

Now, let’s begin, make sure the Kitchen will be completely available for the time that you will need it for. If your going to make it in the morning wake up earlier, than the earliest family member does, and guess what, surprise the kitchen will be available.

If you are making Chocolate Covered Cherry Cream Liqueur, the night before, that would mean mom or anyone else, has no plans on using the kitchen. I always just make sure supper is cooked and the kitchen is available for the rest of the evening. Why start up with mom. If you are mom, and plan on making this recipe yourself, I hope your kids know you are the coolest mom on earth kudos to you.

Now that the kitchen is available make sure that it is clean, no clutter or anything else on the counter, or tables.

Blend

2 cups half-and-half cream

1 can (13.4 oz.) dulce de leche

1-1/4 cups amaretto

½ cup chocolate syrup

now place all the ingredients in a blender, blend till smooth, Makes about 5 cups.
