– saucepan
– small funnel
– glass bottles, or storage containers, for bottling and serving, you can either use the glass Jar you used before, or just buy a second one.

Place the cinnamon stick, minced ginger, cloves and nutmeg the vodka and brandy into your glass jar and seal.

Aging, Straining, filtering, and Drinking Your Cinnamon Spice Liqueur

Place in a cool dry place where you will let age for a 2 weeks agitating daily.

After 2 weeks its time to strain your liqueur.

Get your cheesecloth to filter it helps to moisten the cheesecloth first so the liquid permeates more smoothly.

Once you get to the point where you have strained everything out, you can gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the remaining liquid and juice.

If you still need to strain your liqueur further due to lack of clarity, you can strain it 1 more time through a coffee strainer.

The coffee filter may take a while so cover over the coffee filter and come back in a few hours.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil over moderately high heat. Simmer, uncovered, till the sugar is all dissolved stirring the entire time so the sugar doesn’t burn.

Let cool to room temperature. Funnel the strained spice mixture into a glass bottle, then funnel in the sugar syrup.

Cork tightly; shake to blend. Let mature at room temperature or slightly cooler for at least 1 week.

Congratulations, You Have Completed Making this Awesome Cinnamon Spice Liqueur Recipe!
