Ingredients

Step 1

• 1 cup sprite equivalent
• 3 tbsp. white sugar
• 3 cups frozen peaches

Step 2

• 1-1/2 cups prosecco sparkling wine
• 1/4 cup rum
• Strawberry, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

• In a blender, mix together the frozen peaches, sugar, and sprite.
• Place in a freezer-safe container, and freeze for about an hour hour to firm (not too hard).

Step 2

• Once hardened, chop or break apart, blend with the prosecco and rum, pour or scope into cup and garinish with your strawberry.
