Chocolate Raspberry Kombucha Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp Raspberry (Fresh or Jam)
- 16 oz (2 Cups) Kombucha
Directions-Bottling
- Add the 1/2 Tablespoon of cocoa powder and raspberry jam into a bowl.
Cut up raspberries into small pieces and blend place into bowl. - Fill bowl with kombucha together with cocoa powder and raspberry.
- Pour in kombucha-Scoby from base recipe to the mixture mix then divide into bottles.
- Follow the directions second fermentation – leave to ferment as outlined for 1-3 days (Though you wont be do doing the measurements as in adding fruit you have sugar to scoby.)
- Place back in to fridge to prevent farther fermentation and of course served chilled.
