Pineapple Jalapeno Kombucha Recipe

Hay Guys and Gals, are you Looking for an awesome Pineapple Jalapeno Recipe? You now have no reason to look any further! Well you just found what you have been looking for, this is a recipe for the most awesome tasting Pineapple Jalapeno Kombucha Recipe in the world.

Ingredients

  • 1-1.5oz Pineapple Juice for every 16oz you intend to bottle
  • 1 large Jalapeno
  • 1/8 of tablespoon

Directions-Bottling

  1. Slice the hot pepper into circles remove seeds use gloves and obviously use precaution.
  2. Add the pineapple juice and sugar 2 large hot pepper chunks to your bottle add kombucha.
  3. (when doing multiple bottles) Pour in kombucha-Scoby from base recipe to the mixture mix in a large bowl then divide into bottles.
  4. Follow the directions second fermentation – leave to ferment as outlined for 1-3 days (Though you wont be do doing the measurements as in adding fruit you have sugar to scoby.)
  5. Place back in to fridge to prevent farther fermentation and of course served chilled.
