Apricot Kombucha Recipe D.I.Y.

Hey Guys and Gals,

Are you looking for an awesome Apricot Kombucha Recipe? Well you now have no reason to look any farther. Get ready for a great drink!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of kombucha
  • 5-7 apricots

Directions-Bottling

  • Clean your apricots and slice in half.
  • Combined your apricots and kombucha into your bottle and close. Make sure to leave a little space.
  • When you are going to use multiple bottles, pour kombucha-Scoby from base recipe and the recipe into a large bowl mix then divide into bottles.
  • Now follow the directions second fermentation – leave to ferment as outlined for 1-3 days.(You will not be do doing the measurements as in adding fruit you have sugar to scoby.)
  • You may filter and bottle at this point,
  • Place back in to fridge to prevent farther fermentation and of course served chilled.

Apricot Infused Brandy Recipe D.I.Y.

Hey Guys and Gals,

Are you Looking for an awesome Apricot Infused Brandy Recipe? You now have no reason to look any further! So get ready to have the most awesome drink ever!

Ingredients

Step 1
  • 2 cups of brandy
  • 1 lb dried apricots
Step 2 optional
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Step 1

Freeze the cowberries, then take them out let them thaw make sure that every berry is popped open or pricked and then add to your container along with juice.

Pour in your brandy close your container.

Aging And Straining Your Apricot Infused Brandy

Seal the container and let steep in a cool, dry place for at least 3 weeks best for after 6.

Get your cheesecloth to filter it helps to moisten the cheesecloth first so the liquid permeates more smoothly.

Once you get to the point where you have strained everything out, you can gently wring the cheesecloth to extract all of the remaining liquid and juice.

If you still need to strain your liqueur further due to lack of clarity, you can strain it 1 more time through a coffee strainer.

Step 2

Making your simple syrup, put a saucepan on the flame pour in water and bring to a boil stir in sugar and honey keep on stirring until the sugar and honey has dissolved. Let the syrup cool down completely.

Pour in the simple syrup slowly tasting all the while till its sweetened to your liking.
