8.0 lb. English Pale Malt
.75 lb. Crystal 40L
1.50 oz Chocolate Malt
1.50 Ib Torrified Wheat
.25 oz Cascade hop pellets (5.75%AAU)
.25 oz Kent Golding hop pellets (4.75%AAU)
1.00 oz Brambling Cross (if not available use Kent Golding)
.50 oz Fuggle
1 tsp. Irish Moss<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the equipment or comes into contact with brew must be sanitized. Though the fermenting equipment can be done while the wort is cooling. Be sure to clean and sanitize the fermenters, airlock, lid, hose, hydrometer and test jar and rubber stopper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
