Briess mini-drums (also referred to as Carboys) are packed in 15 gallon plastic tight head drums. Additional equipment that is required but not included is a drum gate for viscous liquids, a drum dolly, and an inert gas distrubution system.

Concentrated Brewers Wort (CBW) Liquid Malt Extract (LME) from Briess. Briess CBW malt extracts get all of their color and flavor from base and specialty malts, never through additional boiling. CBW malt extracts are unhopped and nondiastatic for flexible, creative brewing.


Munich CBW is made from 50% Base malt and 50% Munich Malt.
