Barrels In Distilling

Barrels are just about everything in the world of distilling! I mean, think of your favorite guy or girl and picture what would happen if they lived in some musty place for a long while!

I say the same thing with my bourbon, let it age in a condition that even you can appreciate some classical music in nice weather, and of course, let the surrounding be the best that it can be!

The bourbon, of course, is made from the finest of New York corn under the keen eye of Master Distiller Binyomin Terebelo helping ensure that it is living up to its well-earned reputation of being the standard barrier of New York Bourbon.

Then it is placed into new American oak casks that are gluten-free, ensuring the quality of Spirit.

Finally, they are finished in the barrels pictured above; Jamaican Rum casks, Mezcal, and Tequila. The finishing will add a delicate and funky flavor to your favorite New York Distillery’s Bourbon!
